m2m damoreJon Natural Nail Care System, has now been out for the past 2 years with great success we have to say. We have hit the market hard and quick. there is so much more work that can be done and has to be done.

Starting off we were satisfied to just launch 17 colors and 1 treatment in hopes to not flood the market with any more nail colors then there were already out there. But to our surprise the response was tremendous and warm causing us to create a summer collection that would hit the younger demographic withe amazing Pastry Co, Angela and Vanessa. Another smash of a hit for us in the beauty industry.

Then our legends collection followed with legendary stars such as Kym Hamptons of the WNBA, Mikki Taylor legendary Beauty Icon director of Essence Magazine, Amerie, Estelle to name a few....

Summer came again and The Kardashian crazed called us to create another collection for our summer sizzling ladies the Splash of Dash collection, filled with pastel colors to keep things cool.

Our final collection which is inspired by our Bad Girl of Music Beverly Bond, Founder of Black Girls Rock Foundation. Colors are inspired by fashions Hottest ladies, Naomi Campbell, Daisy Fuentes, Carmindy, to say the least.

But creating colors that are inspired by these diva's is just one step of building a brand. It requires dedication, constant promotion, consistent flow of events that will constantly keep us fresh in the public eye.

Editorial events, store events, consumer events are one way. The other way is by constantly blogging, twitter, Face Book and getting it into the hands of some of the most amazing professionals. (Gina V and myself, one of my fans of the products)

Which in itself can be time consuming but are necessary things to ensure the success of the product.

Be About Your Business

Finding a career that fulfills goes beyond going to school. It starts with a dream, putting it into action is the hardest thing but the most necessary.

Finding a good support system also becomes important. Without the proper support the challenges one faces makes it impossible to continue the journey.

I have the honor of having great examples in my life from my mom who thought the struggles of life, raising kids; being a foreigner learning a language to survive in her new home was the first perfect example of persistence, consistency and determination that I had.

Then I had to remember to constantly surround myself with those who had similar dreams and determination.

Stay on top of your game, perfect your skills and keep your focus.

Star Power

Eighteen years of this career has flown by so quickly that I can't imagine haven done anything else.
What make it special is not the financial rewards I was able to gain because I was able to perfect my skills. But It was the amazing contacts, people, more recent the travels that I have had the opportunity to gain because of the hard work.

I am still working hard and enjoying every second of it. The challenges one face is not the actual labor, the schooling, the hustle of getting to an assignment. But is is the conflicts, the wars that you face with those who challenge your skills and your integrity.

If your not grounded, convicted and are surrounded by warriors of like it will eat you alive. I am fortunate enough to be discerning to know those that come with their own agendas and those who come to build.

I am surrounded by some of the most amazing people in my immediate circle that are there to protect "OUR" dreams. Those dreams along with the commitment of those with me protect our empire.

As March being womens month, I would like to say,( happy womens month) to all the women in the world. I am able to meet some of the most inspirational women in the world. when things seem impossible, we women make things possible through faith. The Journey "POLISHAHOLIC"

This has been an amazing season!!! m2m had the opportunity to sponsor another season of Mercedes Benz fashion week NYC! we kicked it off with Vessel by lois. the look was a vintage french with "Girl Talk" and first lady across the tip!! m2m sponsored Mackage,laperla,bands of outsiders,ports 1961 ,vera wang,jenni kayne to name a few. the colors used this season was "girl talk" First lady, naughty, a lot of deep reds and opaque nudes. we then went to Miami to do elle, cosmopolitan, kohels,sephora. we are getting prepared for L.A! this is one amazing journey I'm am so excited and blessed to do what i love and I'm able to meet some of the most amazing men and woman earth has to offer,from m2m private clients to private events with our polish carriers to the photo shoots, fashion week around the world!! see you all at the next stop to greatness!
